Ground Floor:
Entrance, 3 descending stairs to access the living room area with kitchen, night area separated by a curtain with a queen size bed and bathroom.
Every apartment has its private entrance and an outdoor dining area in front of the entrance.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, induction stove, and all the stoves you might need to cook (pots, pans, plates, glasses…)
Matrimonial beds are the standard italian queen size: 160 x 190 cm

Booking Info:
- Self catering reservations include: bed sheets (changed weekly) and towels (changed twice per week), access to our outdoor swimming pool in warm months from 9:00 to 19:00, and final cleaning. B&b reservations include buffet breakfast from 9:00 to 10:00 every morning.
- Check-in: from 15:30 to 19:00, check-out: from 9:00 to 10:00.
- Bio Agriturismo Montemenardo is in the countryside of Todi, 12km from the town center, a 10-15 minutes drive.
- Extra services (Massages and Spa treatments, steam bath, tastings, late check-out, early check-in, etc.) must be requested while making your reservation.
- In Todi all tourists older than 14 years old must pay a tourist tax of € 1,50 per person per day for up to 4 days.
