Reservation Terms and Conditions
- Self catering reservations include: bed sheets (changed weekly) and towels (changed twice per week), access to our outdoor swimming pool in warm months from 9:00 to 19:00, and final cleaning. B&b reservations include buffet breakfast from 9:00 to 10:30 every morning.
- Check-in: from 15:30 to 19:00, check-out: from 9:00 to 10:30.
- Bio Agriturismo Montemenardo is in the countryside of Todi, 12km from the town center, a 10-15 minutes drive.
- Extra services (Massages and Spa treatments, steam bath, tastings, late check-out, early check-in, etc.) must be requested while making your reservation.
- In Todi all tourists above 14 years must pay a tourist tax of € 1,50 per person per day for up to 4 days.
